The 8th International Conference on Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology (ICBEB 2019)
October 22-25, 2019, Seoul, Republic of Korea
  Welcome to ICBEB 2019!

The 8th International Conference on Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology (ICBEB 2019), hosted by Institute of Bio-medical Engineering Research, Kyungpook National University and supported by Center for the Support of Medical Device Platform, Keimyung University, will be held during October 22-25, 2019 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. As an annual gathering, it provides an extensive platform for scientists, researchers and scholars to present their research results and newest findings in all fields of Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology, discuss the practical challenges encountered recommend better solutions for human health. The last conference, successfully held in Nanjing, China, attracted about 200 participants from all over the world.

The plenary session will include keynote speeches, invited speeches, oral presentations and poster presentations. The China Physiological Signal Challenge 2019-Challenging QRS Detection and Heart Rate Estimation from Single-Lead ECG Recordings, will be held synchronously during the conference.

Seoul is considered a leading and rising global city, resulting from a South Korean economic boom called the Miracle on the Han River. It is by far South Korea's largest city and one of East Asia's financial and cultural centers. A fascinating blend of ancient traditions and cutting-edge digital technology, home to endless street food vendors and vast nightlife districts, an extraordinary educational system and serene Buddhist temples, Seoul is a multicultural city filled with traditional and modern elements.
